MBA Programs for Entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurs are people who need to know their business, inside out. This begins right from their days in the business schools. The sort of program they enroll and the exposure they get from there. So for future entrepreneurs, an MBA program can provide them with all the basics and fundamentals regarding what they want to do. A great programme can not only provide you with education and skills but it also helps develop networking and lab spaces to explore and experiment.

 

That said, MBA programs are insanely popular with the new generation. With the increase in demand, the number of colleges and programmes have also gone up by a significant amount. Thus the MBA programs for entrepreneurship can be ranked.

 

1. Stanford University, Stanford Graduate School of Business.

With its own Startup Garage, a Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and its close ties to Silicon Valley, Stanford University is not amongst the best schools of the world for nothing. Although it doesn’t provide a degree specifically for entrepreneurship, it provides a number of electives that deal with entrepreneurship.

 

2. Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Business School, Hong Kong.

History got to begin somewhere. Although recently started, business education has been gaining popularity and recognition in the past years. Its Entrepreneurship Center is host to multiple events, competitions and is a vast networking platform. HKUST also offers MBA concentration in entrepreneurship.

 

3. Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.

It's located at the heart of the networking spheres that include Silicon Valley and San Francisco. With its Startup Lab course that provides that help students to reach out to organisations and Lester Centre for entrepreneurship that provides various accelerator programs, UCB definitely helps you on your road to entrepreneurship.

 

4. IE Business School, Madrid.

With plenty of tech talent and low cost of living, Madrid might be a good starting point for entrepreneurs. The IE Business School of Madrid helps students pave this way. Their International Centre for Entrepreneurial Management has a lab accelerator through which students can launch their own business.

 

5. London Business School, London.

With its Entrepreneurship Summer School Programmes and a vast range of electives related to entrepreneurship, LBS provides the platform to develop and launch own business and startups.
